The stay is organized on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. For stays of different duration, it is possible to contact us directly: we evaluate every request with pleasure.

The rhythm of the stay at Casa di Sofia is that of the whole week: seven days to really get to know a territory, choose your own rhythms, return to the same cellars twice, discover the country fair, cook with the products of the Thursday market in Alba.

Arriving on Saturday afternoon and leaving on Saturday morning is not a constraint; it's an invitation to not be in a hurry from the start.

Booking conditions

Cancellation policy

The following conditions apply to all direct bookings. For bookings made through external platforms, the respective cancellation policies apply. To confirm the booking, a deposit of 50% is required.

Up to 60 days before arrival

Free cancellation

100% refunded

Cancellation without penalty within 60 days of the scheduled check-in date. The paid amount will be fully refunded within 14 working days.

From 60 to 30 days before arrival

Partial refund

50% refunded

In case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained as a penalty.

Less than 30 days before arrival

No refund

0% refunded

For cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date, the paid amount is not refundable, except in cases of documented force majeure.

In case of documented force majeure - serious illness, death of a family member, natural disasters - we evaluate each situation individually and with humanity. We invite you to contact us directly: we will find the fairest solution together. In any case, it is recommended to take out a travel insurance with cancellation coverage.
