Casa di Sofia was born from an ambitious project to enhance an ancient rural Piedmontese farmhouse, now divided into independent apartments. The ancient charm and precious materials embrace contemporary comfort in every environment.

The residence, built in solid brick with a narrow plan, allows every space to enjoy a panoramic view of the pool, the exclusive property of 15,000 sqm, and the vineyards of Moscato, Barbera, and Nebbiolo.

Located on the ridge of the San Siro hill, nestled between the Langhe, Monferrato, and Roero. On clear days, the upstairs apartments offer a view of the Alpine arc up to Monte Rosa.
