THE APARTMENTS

Independent, curated, overlooking the landscape

Each apartment is an autonomous residence, with independent access and an exclusive outdoor space. The narrow sleeve plan of the farmhouse guarantees each accommodation a double exposure: on the property and on the pool on one side, on the vineyards and on the village of Calosso on the other.

The interiors combine original architectural elements of the farmhouse, exposed beams, stone floors, wrought iron, with selected period furniture and contemporary quality amenities. Every detail has been chosen to provide an authentic experience, without sacrificing comfort.

Each apartment has its own rhythm, its own light, its own exposure to the landscape.

The apartments are spread over two levels. On the ground floor, a private portico with an outdoor table extends the living space towards the garden.

On the upper floor, a private panoramic terrace with a table and umbrella opens onto the vineyards and, on clear days, onto the Alpine arc up to Monte Rosa.

The open space opens onto the private panoramic terrace with table and umbrella. From here the view embraces the Calosso DOC vineyards and, on clear days, extends to the Alpine arc and the Monte Rosa massif.

THE AMENITIES

The apartments are equipped for an autonomous and comfortable stay. The kitchen is complete with dishes, cutlery, Smeg appliances, and KitchenAid cookware. Bed and bath linens are included in the stay.

The structure does not have a TV by choice: the internal and external spaces invite you to slow down, cook, dine on the terrace, explore the territory.
